Mr Kosuge was on a list of names of reviewers who made a significant contribution to The Bone & Joint Journal in 2019. Mr Kosuge has been a reviewer since 2010 and enjoys his responsibilities for the well respected journal. He is exposed to the latest trends in the field of Trauma & Orthopaedics and uses his role as a reviewer to keep up-to-date with orthopaedic research.
Whilst on his fellowship training at Royal Adelaide Hospital, Mr Kosuge was part of a team who described a unique technique in the surgical approach for dealing with failed hip replacements. The team submitted a video presentation of the technique to the 86th Annual Meeting of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons held in Las Vegas. The presentation won the ‘Award Winning Movie’ accolade.
