Mr Kosuge has replaced both of my hips over the past few months to the highest standard. Whilst he is totally professional he was also kind, caring, and understanding which gave me the confidence to proceed with, what were for me, traumatic operations. I highly recommend Mr Kosuge and feel very lucky that the NHS placed me on his hip replacement list.

Mr Kosuge conducted a total knee replacement two months ago. The result has been excellent and I have not needed any pain medication for the past few weeks. From the initial assessment to today's follow-up he has been easy to talk to and ask questions of, which is very reassuring.

Mr Kosuge explained everything that I needed to know about my TKR in a straightforward manner. He was understanding and gave me the confidence to motivate myself in the part that I had and continue to play to make this operation a success. His enthusiasm for his work rubs off on you and you feel that you want to do him proud. On the day of the op he came to see me pre-op and twice post op with reassurance that everything had gone to plan. My overall experience was a positive one and when/should the time come for the other knee to need some attention I will be back to see Dennis Kosuge!

Very kind & thorough explaining the operation & recovery. My appointment didn't seem rushed. No question was dismissed. I was shown xrays before & after the operation. Mr Kosuge examined me very professionally. I would like to request he operates on my other hip when the time comes.

Having never had an operation of this kind before i was apprehensive and had a lot of questions. Mr Kosuge was able to remove these fears having listened to what i had to say and then demonstrating his knowledge and professionalism by explaining why i had nothing to worry about. Mr Kosuge has a very informative website that also helped explain a lot about the surgery and this was extremely useful as well. The hospital staff were also very complimentary about Mr Kosuge. The nurses and doctors who looked after me all commented on how good he is once they knew it was he that had performed the operation. I have just had the final post operation check up and Mr Kosuge was very thorough to ensure there were no issues. Overall, Mr Kosuge is very easy to talk to and clearly is an expert in his field. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I saw Dennis for a second opinion, he was very thorough when examining me and explained everything fully. He replaced my hip joint and my recovery was amazing, the scar has healed extremely well and is very neat. Highly recommended.
