What can you expect?

At your outpatient visit, you will meet with Mr Kosuge who will look after you throughout your treatment and, if necessary, your hospital stay. Mr Kosuge is here to listen to you, answer any questions you may have and to explain treatment options to you in accordance with his Mission Statement.

Mr Kosuge will discuss your medical history and symptoms with you. He will explore your symptoms in detail and carry out a focused examine of you at your first appointment. This will help him guide to towards the best and most appropriate care for you. If you require investigations, Mr Kosuge will organise this and ask you to arrange a follow-up consultation once the investigation(s) has been performed. Mr Kosuge will then talk to you about the best form of treatment for you and, if required, the variety of procedures that may be suitable for you.

Mr Kosuge is always working towards improving the quality of care and making your visit as seamless as possible. In line with this goal, he uses Heidi AI, an innovative note-taking assistant designed to enhance how he captures and manages your medical information for the purposes of clinical documentation. The AI tool transcribes patient consultations in real-time and converts them into medical notes.
