Mr Kosuge successfully obtained the NHS Leadership Academy award in Healthcare Leadership having completed the Mary Seacole Programme. This was an extremely valuable experience for Mr Kosuge - for more information about the programme.

Whilst Mr Kosuge has stepped down recently from his role as Clinical Service Group Lead for Trauma & Orthopaedics at The Princess Alexandra Hospital, he intends to use his learning from this programme to continue to drive positive changes in his NHS and private practices in order to improve the care of his patients.
