Mr Kosuge nominated for Trainer of the Year

Mr Kosuge was delighted to be nominated for Trainer of the Year on the North East Thames Percival Pott Orthopaedic Training Programme for 2025. He was humbled to be amongst such eminent trainers within the region. An excerpt from his nomination:

"He is an exceptional surgical trainer in every regard. I have trained in various units across the country….and have never seen someone with his level of appetite, preparation and dedication for training."

Mr Kosuge was also recently a faculty member on the Basic Arthroplasty Skills Course at the Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital in Oswestry. This course was focused on the principles of hip and knee replacements, with the target audience of trainee orthopaedic surgeons.

Mr Kosuge will continue to dedicate priority towards patient-focused care but at the same time, ensure he delivers high-quality training for the future generation of orthopaedic surgeons.
